SLICEarts warmly welcomes art students from Leeds Met, University of Leeds and Leeds College of Art into SLICEland; a place for dialogue, interaction and collaboration.

SLICEland is a neutral space where your student card is a passport to your involvement in a newly evolving art scene. SLICEland hopes to provide a starting point for a student art community to grow in a city where the art scene is driven by the grassroots and that the event will catalyse stronger relationships between art students and the city.

Over the course of the evening there will be opportunities for postcards to be sent, photographs to be taken, and even the chance to meet real people from the different institutions! Be a tourist at a different art institution in Leeds! The direction the evening takes will be in response to visitor’s input..

SLICEland is a place beyond your degree but within your imagination!
